With Raph we didn't go out and just get a real estate agent, we got someone who really cares!

We wanted to move closer to our kids and grandkids so Ralph started helping us look at rentals.  Changes for us resulted in us being able to buy a home instead and the result was Ralph found us a perfect home in Helotes, perfectly positioned between both kids!

Ralph went above and beyond, he explained details about the areas of town we were considering and brought up points of interest we never would have considered like yard size, proximity to the home next door etc etc..   His 32 years of experience as in expert in both  the San Antonio & Boerne markets, with knowledge of  new homes and general real estate allowed him to make it happen for us and he was always available to us.  Ralph also realizes that in addition to the normal stresses of buying a home, there is also spiritual and mental stress that is involved and he recognized that and was a calming force.

Ralph is experienced enough and has done enough that he just get's it!

"I would not trust just anyone with you" began the coversation between us and our daughter Michelle Endicott when we made the decision to move to San Antonio and thus our journey started with Ralph.

We were visiting from Tucson a few years back and at the time had no idea we would be moving to San Antonio let alone ending up in a home in the same community as our daughter and her husband. We had Ralph show us a few homes while we were here, made the decision to purchase one and headed home to sell our lifelong home in Tuscon to complete the move.  Unfortunately things did not go as plan in Arizona and we ended up having to put our plans on hold, for more then a year.  Ralph stayed with us!  Keeping us posted on what was happening in the market here, always informative, polite and most of all he was patient!

We have not been through a home sale and buying process in more then 30 years and Ralph even reached out to try and help us sell our home in Tucson, at no financial benefit to him, and he was always good and honest with us.  We always felt that if we needed anything he was there for us in a heartbeat and we now understand why our daughter feels the way she does and after going through the process we would feel the same way about trusting him and recommending him to anyone making a move.
