Ralph really listened to me as a client after I ran into some unusual and complicated circumstances when I needed to sell my mother's house.

I know Ralph from our church so I felt comfortable enlisting his help when I had to find a Realtor for this project.  Ralph really listened since we were already in the middle of a complicated process of dealing with my mother's estate issues and his caring and compassionate demeanor was very much apprceciated. One of the most important aspects of working with Ralph is that we share the same faith and he brought that into the process, this was a big deal for me and it was reassuring to know that I had spiritual support as well.

I would definately recommend Ralph to family and friends, he gives his professional opinion when needed and he listened to my concerns from day one and came up with solutions that were satisfactory to all concerned.

"I would not trust just anyone with you" began the coversation between us and our daughter Michelle Endicott when we made the decision to move to San Antonio and thus our journey started with Ralph.

We were visiting from Tucson a few years back and at the time had no idea we would be moving to San Antonio let alone ending up in a home in the same community as our daughter and her husband. We had Ralph show us a few homes while we were here, made the decision to purchase one and headed home to sell our lifelong home in Tuscon to complete the move.  Unfortunately things did not go as plan in Arizona and we ended up having to put our plans on hold, for more then a year.  Ralph stayed with us!  Keeping us posted on what was happening in the market here, always informative, polite and most of all he was patient!

We have not been through a home sale and buying process in more then 30 years and Ralph even reached out to try and help us sell our home in Tucson, at no financial benefit to him, and he was always good and honest with us.  We always felt that if we needed anything he was there for us in a heartbeat and we now understand why our daughter feels the way she does and after going through the process we would feel the same way about trusting him and recommending him to anyone making a move.
