Ralph really listened to me as a client after I ran into some unusual and complicated circumstances when I needed to sell my mother's house.

I know Ralph from our church so I felt comfortable enlisting his help when I had to find a Realtor for this project.  Ralph really listened since we were already in the middle of a complicated process of dealing with my mother's estate issues and his caring and compassionate demeanor was very much apprceciated. Ralph went above and beyond, he explained details about the areas of town we were considering and brought up points of interest we never would have considered like yard size, proximity to the home next door etc etc..   His 32 years of experience as in expert in both  the San Antonio & Boerne markets, with knowledge of  new homes and general real estate allowed him to make it happen for us and he was always available to us.  Ralph also realizes that in addition to the normal stresses of buying a home, there is also spiritual and mental stress that is involved and he recognized that and was a calming force.
