Upgrades to units include new plank flooring, updated fixtures and LED package, faucets, sinks, appliances, blinds, and countertops. Ownership has implemented a water conservation program (inclusive of low-flow toilets, shower heads, and sink aerators), while also upgrading plumbing in bathrooms. Exterior upgrades include replacement of 40% of the HVAC systems and ducts in 20% of the units, repaired roofs, parking areas, and siding, as well as installation of solar screens and a video security system with high-speed internet.
