Hi! I am Ralph Ronald Rodriguez, Broker/Owner of Fellowship Real Estate LLC.
I consider myself a San Antonio native, but growing up in an Air Force family, my parents, 2 younger brothers and I traveled extensively throughout the 6o's & 70's, always knowing San Antonio would be home since my folks were born and raised here.
After graduating from Trinity University in the Fall of 1984, I began my Real Estate career in earnest working "on-site" for a large regional Home Builder in 1986 where I was one of the top 5 salespeople for 4 years. I earned my Real Estate license in the winter of 1989. In1990 I became the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for a large real estate and land development company. For the next 15 years I worked primarily with new home builders and developers, and again was blessed to be recognized within the industry, both locally and state wide, numerous times for these efforts.
From 2007 until the present time it has been a blessing and a challenge to be working independently, first with a good friend and mentor as a Partner in Masterworks Real Estate and then on my own with the creation of Fellowship Real Estate in 2017, after successfully receiving my Brokers License for the state of Texas. We continue to strive to honor God by serving others in their real estate needs, and bring this now 30 plus years of experience to every customer we work with. Whether you are new to the market or have bought & sold several times over, we are capable of gearing our efforts to your exact needs. We continue to be Blessed by the many referrals and recommendations we receive from past and current customers and look forward to being able to say the same about you.
God has blessed me with an incredible wife, Cindi. We worship primarily at our Methodist Church in Boerne and helping where we are called to do so. I have been involved with the Stephen Ministry program now for more than ten years along with the prison ministry called KAIROS, while my wife recently was called to help in a volunteer effort know as Heart to Heart, serving those less fortunate through mentoring and home visitations. Along the way I have managed to be blessed with 5 children ranging from my oldest, who is almost 30, to my 15 year old set of twin girls. You will see stories and pictures of them all scattered throughout my web-site and Facebook page as they are all amazing in their own right.

"I would not trust just anyone with you" began the coversation between us and our daughter Michelle Endicott when we made the decision to move to San Antonio and thus our journey started with Ralph.
We were visiting from Tucson a few years back and at the time had no idea we would be moving to San Antonio let alone ending up in a home in the same community as our daughter and her husband. We had Ralph show us a few homes while we were here, made the decision to purchase one and headed home to sell our lifelong home in Tuscon to complete the move. Unfortunately things did not go as plan in Arizona and we ended up having to put our plans on hold, for more then a year. Ralph stayed with us! Keeping us posted on what was happening in the market here, always informative, polite and most of all he was patient!
We have not been through a home sale and buying process in more then 30 years and Ralph even reached out to try and help us sell our home in Tucson, at no financial benefit to him, and he was always good and honest with us. We always felt that if we needed anything he was there for us in a heartbeat and we now understand why our daughter feels the way she does and after going through the process we would feel the same way about trusting him and recommending him to anyone making a move.
With Raph we didn't go out and just get a real estate agent, we got someone who really cares!
We wanted to move closer to our kids and grandkids so Ralph started helping us look at rentals. Changes for us resulted in us being able to buy a home instead and the result was Ralph found us a perfect home in Helotes, perfectly positioned between both kids!
Ralph went above and beyond, he explained details about the areas of town we were considering and brought up points of interest we never would have considered like yard size, proximity to the home next door etc etc.. His 32 years of experience as in expert in both the San Antonio & Boerne markets, with knowledge of new homes and general real estate allowed him to make it happen for us and he was always available to us. Ralph also realizes that in addition to the normal stresses of buying a home, there is also spiritual and mental stress that is involved and he recognized that and was a calming force.
Ralph is experienced enough and has done enough that he just get's it!
Ralph really listened to me as a client after I ran into some unusual and complicated circumstances when I needed to sell my mother's house.
I know Ralph from our church so I felt comfortable enlisting his help when I had to find a Realtor for this project. Ralph really listened since we were already in the middle of a complicated process of dealing with my mother's estate issues and his caring and compassionate demeanor was very much apprceciated. One of the most important aspects of working with Ralph is that we share the same faith and he brought that into the process, this was a big deal for me and it was reassuring to know that I had spiritual support as well.
I would definately recommend Ralph to family and friends, he gives his professional opinion when needed and he listened to my concerns from day one and came up with solutions that were satisfactory to all concerned.
Ralph is one of the finest guys I know! He is honest, giving and of high intergrity!! You can't go wrong working with Ralph and you will probabaly become friends!
